For more than 40 years, CAI has been the trusted education provider for community association professionals. When the COVID-19 pandemic forced us to cancel classroom learning, we knew it was important to discover new ways to deliver our world-class Professional Management Development Program (PMDP) education offerings to you.
As we made the shift from classroom courses, we promoted a current library of self-paced, on-demand classes. We quickly realized that we could be doing more. In short order, the CAI education team learned how to host a virtual classroom via countless hosting platforms. We remodeled our training solutions to give our faculty the chance to educate while shifting from lecturer to coach and mentor. Today, we’re making learning easier with our seamless virtual training programs designed to empower our educators and our students.
They say transformation is a journey of discovery. Our new discoveries are happening worldwide. From CAI headquarters to a chapter near you, Team CAI has changed the way we communicate and deliver education, news, and resources. We’ve discovered new and efficient ways to conduct business, host events, and network. And, while we’re still making progress, our communities continue to thrive.
Throughout this journey, your expectations provide us focus and clarity. Your continued engagement offers us a chance to improve.
As we look to 2021, we continue to reevaluate our education offerings during the ongoing pandemic to prioritize the safety of our educators and students. More virtual courses will replace classroom instruction through the beginning of the year. Recently, we also started holding virtual case studies for the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation. This comprehensive examination of an actual community association is the final step toward earning this prestigious credential.
Whether you need continuing education for a license or certificate renewal or you want to increase job opportunities or grow your network, when you experience CAI, you’re a part of a global community of motivated peers committed to delivering an innovative and results-driven environment where we all learn and we all help each other succeed.
It would be very helpful to have short, informative free webinars on community subjects.
