Welcome to Ungated, your home for news, tips, and trends important to community associations. CAI is always looking for new ways to connect with our nearly 40,000 members— community association homeowners, board members, managers, and business partners. We also know there are nearly 350,000 community associations and 70 million residents in the U.S. alone, which means our top-notch educational resources, publications, and networking opportunities are only reaching a portion of their intended audiences. With this blog, we hope to open up CAI’s vast knowledge base to members and nonmembers alike at home and abroad.

This blog will feature the latest on advocacy efforts, education, and news from CAI and the broader community association industry. We will also preview and recap CAI’s can’t-miss events like  annual conference.

We hope this blog will be yet another tool to connect members and nonmembers around the world. We encourage you to join the conversation by asking questions and sharing your opinions.
